Brand new Asus CM8630 BSOD from Hal.dll issues

Hey, i have tried everything i can think of to fix this issue on my new ASUS CM68630

whocrashed reports this again and again when i am browsing the internet or gaming its just random:

    crash dump file: C:\windows\Minidump\101312-29764-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12A3B)
    Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8008081028, 0xBE200000, 0x2110A)
    Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
    file path: C:\windows\system32\hal.dll
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

My computer is just a stock ASUS CM8630 from bestbuy but i replaced the video card with a ASUS GTX 560 Ti and i replaced the power supply with an Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

I have tried memory tests sfc checks, disk checks, i have re installed OS several times and this problem still persists. i think it has something to do with the voltage based on my research.
    any ideas?

    Hi,

    Code:
    MODULE_NAME: hardware

    IMAGE_NAME: hardware

    DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 0

    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_CACHE

    BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_CACHE

    Followup: MachineOwner
The 0x124 bugcheck is a tricky one. Please refer to these suggestions:

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Also, consider running a stability test on your CPU using this:

CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest

I have been through that list multiple times. The drivers, hardware tests, memory tests all come out with no issues
I have run sfc check and updated bios, I have done a vinilla os reinstall. And all the components are brand new. Also the heat never spikes and my CPU fan maintains 4800rpm while running intese programs ez it seems.
It's got to be the voltage which I kno nothing about.
My i7 vcore runs at like 1.23volts when understress and i dont think it stable

In this case, look at Step 9 carefully in this thread:
Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Can you see how that is frustrating to hear?

I'm a bit new at this BSOD analysis, so perhaps I've missed something, but I've tried to give you information that we advise everyone with 0x124 bug checks.

I realise its frustrating for you, but its not our fault. We are all volunteers here, and try our best. I've requested some more experienced help, but you need to undergo a change of attitude quickly if you are going to get any help here.

i apologize for my attitude, i usually only post on a tech forum when i'm at my wits end because i can solve most of these issues by myself.

i realize your helping us posters purely for our benefit and any advice you could give me would still be greatly appreciated.

perhaps a recurring pattern can help solve this issue so attached is a log of all the recent dumps.

    thx for not giving up

We need more details on the testing you have done.
Many times we have members say they ran a test only to find out later they didn't run the right option or run the test long enough.

Post exactly which test you have ran, what test options, and for example the RAM test, memtest86+, how long you ran the test.

Please fill in your system specs?
You can use this app to find them: Speccy Free System information Utility
Then enter them in the 'My System Specs' drop box at the lower left of any of your posts.
This information, when easily accessible, will help us to find the cause of your hardware problem.
    Include CPU cooler information.

It is not uncommon for new hardware to fail or need setting adjustments.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
When posting a new crash dump, include all System File Collection and health reports. They contain valuable information that we can use to find the cause of the crashes.

The last four crashes are all the same:
    Code:
    STOP 0x00000124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
Usual causes: Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption
    Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x124_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_CACHE
It is blaming your CPU, with the other files in the reports requested, I will be able to make an evaluation and give you relevant suggestions.

Waiting for your reports and system information.
