Random BSOD, while gaming or just browsing the internet

I bought a custom built gaming computer with Windows 7 installed. It does great on gaming performance normally, but it does occasionally decide to crash - regardless of what I am doing. Normally it just reboots and gives me:

    Code:
    Problem signature:
      Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
      OS Version:	6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
      Locale ID:	1033

    Additional information about the problem:
      BCCode:	124
      BCP1:	0000000000000000
      BCP2:	FFFFFA800814D4F8
      BCP3:	0000000000000000
      BCP4:	0000000000000000
      OS Version:	6_1_7601
      Service Pack:	1_0
      Product:	256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
      C:\Windows\Minidump\100912-26067-01.dmp
      C:\Users\Josh\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-41870-0.sysdata.xml
But sometimes it flatout locks-up on me before restarting. What should I do?
