If it all appears fine then you can al so check that HD is set first to boot in BIOS setup and work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 unless you are now looking forward to a reinstall with our help.

During startup, does the motherboard screen show any function key listed? Say
    Boot Menu: F*
    BIOS Setup: F*

What is the boot menu key there?

Then, wih the bootable USB plugged in, restart the computer ctrl+alt+del ... and while power on, press and hold F12, until a list of all possible boot devices appear.

Select the USB using up/down scroll arrow keys, and hit enter.

I have just tried that and it still says BOOTMRG missing. Is there any software i can download and burn onto a dvd rather then cd to check the condition of my HD. As once i can show what state it is in, hopefully you guys can put an end to this problem :)
