Ty for the help Arc...What are the steps to solve the "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" that are needed to fix this? I have cleaned all of the dust out of the tower countless of times and keep it clean and at the ventilation areas pretty clean from dust any other debris that can get built up in there..I try to keep it cleaned at least once every two months just to keep it cleaned.

I have read the steps and didn't see anything that helped me to be honest..I may have overlooked them but if you would help me that would be great.

Again thank you very much for your help..

    OK, let's start fresh.

First update the display driver to latest.
    AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Then, stress test the graphics card.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Report the situation, and the result of the test. BTW, how old the graphics card is?

Thank you for the advice and i'm sorry for getting to you so late. I have gone online and tried to d/l and install the new drivers that are posted on the AMD site and they get to the final phase of the d/l and it says that i can't finish the d/l because of some errors.. AMD site when i went to to the best driver D/L and the the D/L of the one that the site gave me was

NSIS Error Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete D/L and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy

    Also the
Furmark program also gave me this error

furmarkFaulting application name: FurMark.exe, version: 1.10.2.0, time stamp: 0x504eddb8
Faulting module name: FurMark.exe, version: 1.10.2.0, time stamp: 0x504eddb8

Also, the video card that i have probably 1.5 to 2 years old..It is in that range though

Is WoW the only game you're playing? Have you tried any other games (multiplayer and/or more graphic intensive)?

Have you tried downloading the video drivers multiple times? Did each copy give the same error? If so we may be looking at either a bad router or a bad network card/controller.

Aside from getting an update for your video drivers (which will help a good bit I reckon), I would also recommend turning on Driver Verifier and providing more crashdumps from it. Make sure to follow all instructions thoroughly and read the entire article through.
