Dont you use any Antivirus? I failed to find any in your system. You should use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

As it is indicating the RAM modules, stress test those.

► You need to update the graphics driver.
    Code:
    lmvm igdkmd64
    start end module name
    fffff880`03e08000 fffff880`043ecfe0 igdkmd64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd64.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys
        Image name: igdkmd64.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Sep 24 00:52:57 2009 (4ABA7591)
        CheckSum: 005EF02D
        ImageSize: 005E4FE0
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Get it from Intel Download Center

Scan the system for possible virus infection.

But, for you, if would be the best to go for a BIOS update and a Clean install.
