Random program crashes then multiple BSODs, new MSI laptop

    I have done this except I havent had to uninstall Firefox as i didnt have it installed and therefore havent reinstalled it either. Skype is still crashing with the same crash code. The first time I ran it after the reinstall it ran for a few (maybe 4) hours, definitely the longest without a crash since this started happening however it did crash and when I reopened it, crashed again within 20 minutes

    Mate I dont have much deeper knowledge about Skype and koolkat77 has gone to relative's place, will return around tomorrow evening.

    May be you need to wait upto that time unfortunately.

    I think it's best you do a repair install or a clean install of windows and that should eliminate the problems you're having now.
