    BSOD, Driver IRQL / Netio.sys

    Hello all,

My BSOD is showing the error message driver irql not less than equal ... I also see at the bottom it has something to do with netio.sys and is being triggered by uTorrent running for varying times. This just started happening a few weeks ago, not sure what has changed since then. I uninstalled AVG and installed MSE. I also have (always had) spybot S&D running. I'm on windows 7 64bit.

    Hi,

Daemon Tools is known to cause blue screens, please uninstall it.
    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite	Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite	Public
You need to update your graphic card drivers to their latest.
Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall all the ATI related stuff, reboot whenever asked to. Remove driver remnants using Driver Sweeper.

    Code:
    3: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name
    fffff880`074b1000 fffff880`07ed2000 atikmdag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys

Also get the latest drivers for your Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter wireless driver. (If those are the latest and need to be reinstalled, first delete the drivers using Driver Sweeper then reinstall.

    Code:
    3: kd> lmvm bcmwlhigh664
    start end module name

Thanks for your help I have reinstalled newest video card drivers from ATI, cleaned using driver sweeper uninstalled daemon tools I can not find broadcom network adapter driver anywhere - I don't see anything "broadcom" in device manager, or in driver sweeper either. The only things I see in device manager under network are Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, a Netgear wireless usb adapter I just installed today, and a Cisco VPN. I don't see anything on broadcom's website either - where is this driver?

Looks like the same Netio.sys to me. Upload the newest dumps only.

Edit: That may be caused due to your graphic card drivers. Update to the latest and keep us posted

Upgraded to latest drivers on ati.com and still same netio.sys bsod, but only when utorrent is running. Haven't been able to find the broadcom drivers anywhere, and don't see any "broadcom" in device manager. On another note: How do I select only the newest dumps?

Reinstall a fresh copy of utorrent. Use Revo Uninstallers advanced mode for uninstallation.
You should also consider a Clean Install Windows 7 I think it should eliminate the issues you're having right now.
