Ok. Let me know when you've uninstalled all the stuff I listed and configured the settings to get the dumps.

Do I just go to Start menu - All Programs and right click ASUS to delete it? Because there is no uninstall option.

See if you can uninstall with REVO uninstaller (advanced mode)

There's no dump file in the attachment. Follow the tutorial below:

From the other files I'll suggest you to uninstall the following while troubleshooting:
    Code:
    1. Start Menu\Programs\avast! Free Antivirus Public:Start Menu\Programs\avast! Free Antivirus Public
    2. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Public
    3. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS Splendid Utility Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS Splendid Utility Public
    4. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS WebStorage Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUS WebStorage Public
    5. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AsusVibe Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AsusVibe Public
    6. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Utility Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Utility Public
    7. Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Utility\FaceLogon Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Utility\FaceLogon Public
Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

    Await the dump files.
I can see that there is a program called 'ASUS' in your list. How can I uninstall that?

I'm not sure. Were you able to uninstall the others?

Weird, the laptop hasn't rebooted randomly yet

    EDIT

God, that's taking forever and just a couple days earlier I restored everything to factory state <.<
