    Do you have more than one hard disk? If you don't you won't have to unplug those. Unplug the other stuff.

    Yes, but after i did the factoey reset using F8 on boot, in My Computer it has connected them into one.

    Yes but on My Computer it says i only have one (C:) . Before i did a factoey reset it had C: and D:

    If you only have one physical hard drive, you don't need to - note that you may have up to 4 partitions (drive letters) on one physical drive.
    Doin g a repair install should not affect your warranty - but you may want to check with the manufacturer first.
