    Alright the installation finished. Thanks for your help.
    Now i just need to wait for monday so I get the RMA and the other one to my mail so I can send my laptop to ASUS.

    I got my laptop back today.
    I'm installing Black Ops 2 now, hasn't rebooted yet (good sign )
    Now I ran the sfc /scannow in evaluated command prompt, it finds corrupt files but is unable to fix them (ran maybe 6 or 7 times now)
    I have attached the CBS.log in the reply.

    Alright.. This sucks, I was installing BO2 and then went to farmville 2 BOOM the laptop rebooted.
    WHAT CAN I DO?!?!??!

    Also I have realized that it seems to appear when watching a video or playing games.
    Today I was using my laptop and I went to watch a video on YouTube and it almost instantly rebooted.
