Windows 7: BSOD when I put in a blank CDR

BSOD when I put in a blank CDR

For some time I have had a problem with CD-R's

Almost every time I put a CDR into my drive the whole computer mouse pointer.....I can not CONTROL-ALT-DELETE

Occasionally I get a blue screen instead of the freeze where I get a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message (it happens so rarely I am unable to give any numbers)

Usually after this crash and reboot I will be able to burn a CD successfully, but I have to try a fresh CDR, the crash seems to render the first CDR unusable.

Commercial CDs/DVDs are fine, as are "burnt" CDs from other people.
I have tried cheap CDRs, and expensive ones as a test with the same result.

I have uploaded a zip of the Sysinfo, and the minidumps here (after the last blue screen I got):

Thanks a lot in advance
