    Welcome aboard.
    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

► First you uninstall the following programs -

    • BitDefender
    • RegCure

► Then run the system file checker.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

► And, upgrade the network driver:
Download the network card driver from manufactuer's website
    Then reinstall the driver:

    1. Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
    2. Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
    3. Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
    4. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
    5. Restart the computer

If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually.

► If possible, plan to update the BIOS version, too.
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0501, 15-Jan-08

If the best driver if 2009, it's ok there
    Code:
    Name [00000007] SiS191 Ethernet Controller
    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\sisg664.sys (2.0.1039.1680, 55.50 KB (56,832 bytes), 11-Jun-09 2:05 AM)
BTW, is there any reason that you haven't installed SP1?
    Code:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600
