Keep Getting BSOD every time Error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Every Single time i start up the PC it crashes and it gives me this error. i added a imgur link so you guys can have a quick glance at it. i usually fix my own problems but this one has gotten out of my hands and now i need some back up!

Any specific reason for not updating to Service Pack 1?

Norton is known to cause BSODs, uninstall it and anything related to it.Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:- Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:Download and run the System Update Readiness Tool and then download and install all updates including Service Pack 1.

Update to the latest drivers for your graphic card.
Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall the related stuff
Delete remnants of their drivers using Driver Sweeper
