BSOD after exiting games, atikmdag.sys

Hi!
I have a new HP Probook 4730s with these specs:

Intel® Core™ i5-2430M (2,4 GHz)
4 GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 7470M 1 GB GDDR5 (switchable graphics)
running Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Everything works OK but I keep getting BSOD's after exiting various games like FIFA, Prototype...(but some games work normally). I always set games to high performance in switchable graphics options and they all run fine without trouble.

The BSOD always shows atikmdag.sys as the problem. I have searched for solutions on this and found out that there can be a lot of things that can set off this error.
I reinstalled graphic drivers (for the Radeon and also Intel HD) which I can only get from HP's page. I tried to get the drivers directly from AMD but there is no drivers at all for my card there.
I also tried the method, where you copy and extend atikmdag.sy_, but with no luck.

So, the two main things about it is, that it always occurs at the same time (right after I exit the game) and it always shows atikmdag.sys to be the problem.

I have added the minidump files. Please help me resolve this.

Do not use 2 antiviruses on your computer, they will be conflicting anyway.

Comodo contributes in BSODs, please uninstall it. Look for relevant uninstaller in Google or uninstall with Revo Uninstallers advanced mode.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

• Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
• Malwarebytes - The Free version
• Good and Free system security combination.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

You need to install the latest drivers for your graphic card (manufacturers website or filehippo.com. Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to ATI, then delete remnants of its driver using Driver Sweeper. Avoid Catalyst Control Center while installing the latest drivers.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

• SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

• Disk Check

Free up your start-up, keep nothing except MSE:

• Startup Programs - Change

Let us know the results and further BSODs if any

Ok, I will do all the above.
Just for the record, I have MSE installed, I only have firewall enabled in Comodo. So if I delete it, I need other firewall. Any suggestions, which firewall is good and will not cause problems with BSOD?

And as I also said, I can't get any drivers from the manufacturers page becase there isn't any on it. I only get drivers from the HP page, but they come with Catalyst Control Center. Any idea where to get drivers for my Radeon HD 7470m?

Hello again. I had my laptop in service because of some problems and now I'm back to reslove these BSOD's.

I uninstalled COMODO, now I'm using Windows Firewall.
Runned System File Checker, all good.
Also I runned Disk check on al partitions and there is nothing loading on startup except MSE.

I also deleted the old graphics drivers, but now I have a problem reinstalling it back. I downloaded the file that you gave me from filehippo and istalled but in the Catalyst Install Manager, there were only two components that I could install (Catalyst Install Manager and AMD APP SDK runtime). I installed both but I can't change resolution and Device Manager tells me there are no graphic drivers installed.
If I want to update the drivers from Device Manager, it tells me they are already updated.

So, the only graphic drivers that worked are the ones from HP's page (Intel Video Driver and Control Panel - 22 Feb 2012 and ATI Video Driver and Control Panel-
30 Jan 2012) but they are outdated. What do I do?

Hello again! Been away again...

I tried AMD driver Autodetect. The program detects that I should download AMD Catalyst Mobility, then it downloads it, but in the next step it says that this driver is incompatible with laptop's graphics. And then it closes. So, I still have no drivers for my graphics....

I reinstalled the drivers from HP's page just because I haven't found any other drivers, but I need the laptop for work so I need the drivers. I also tried running a game and exiting, which resulted the crash of the laptop, but there was no BSOD.
Also, koolkat77 mentioned that I should avoid Catalyst Control Center, but I found out that if I don't install CCC, then I can't use Switchable graphics method.
Also I tried manually setting the AMD card as the "main" card (in CCC, under Power-Switchable graphics method-Manually) but the result was a flickering screen and then the laptop crashed again.
I would really like to solve this issue because it's frustrating that I can't normally work and also play games on a BRAND NEW laptop.

Please help me resolve this!
