BSOD Overnight, VLC Running only. Minidump Attached

My specs:
MSI 870-G45 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
Athlon II X4 630 Quad CPU
ATi Radeon 5850 Video Card
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066

Didn't have much else running, I had an external plugged in and a wireless headset usb reciever as well.

Hey everyone, I am having so much trouble with this PC. I dont understand whats causing the BSOD. I have reformatted and went to 64 bit and its still having the same problems. I have updated my video card, I removed AVG. :cry: Any help is greatly appreciated.

BSOD on startup again. Minidump attached!
Started up windows and came BSOD when said " Windows starting up ".. I use 7 64-bit and here is the minidump. Please someone could analyze It? :) I ran memtest86+ for 6 passes without errors so memory Isn't failing.
