No BSOD but Complete shutdown and restart uTorrent issue Maybe?

I thought the original problem was related to uTorrent, however it just happened again without uTorrent running.

There is no traditional BSOD, just black screen as the PC reboots. I get the "Start in safe mode option"

I had my RAM set to XMP but disabled that and set it back to Manual before this last crash.

I believe some constants are internet usage - all 4 crashes tonight the 360 has been playing a video from the PC HDD (my OS is on a 4x SSD array), and I've had a twitch.tv stream open too.

Thanks for your help in advance!

    4th reboot tonight

this time Chrome was running with about 15 tabs, one pop-out Twitch.tv screen.

Steam, and the usual background stuff.

I had logged into battle.net (starcraft 2) looked around, and started a match. The second the 3, 2, 1 countdown finished and the loading screen popped up - crash.

I've got my temps up here now and that all seems good.

still more crashes followed by a failure in the array. Power down let it sit for a minute and powered back up without issue.

    Possibly a PSU issue?

My 560Ti is pushing a 2560x1600 screen, might that have an impact (but it's been doing that for almost a year now soooo...?)

Looks like I may have to bite the bullet and just wipe and reinstall?
