All kinds of BSOD when using computer

Hi, recently I change my motherboard because my computer get BSOD all the time and immediately when I start an OCCT test. A computer dealer said that some of the capacitors were damaged. So I bought a new one and two 2GB DDR3 ram because the old motherboard only support DDR2. Then I reinstalled Windows 7 64bit SP1 and all windows updates and drivers. Nothing is change. I still get BSOD even while my computer is updating. The only thing that has changed is that i'm not getting BSOD immediately when I start an OCCT test. Now the test runs for about 8 minutes until OCCT detects a error. Especially when I'm installing something I get BSOD and BSOD (Locale ID: 1030 - BCCode: 3b) when I'm playing Call of Duty. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the new memory. I pulled one Memory module out and tested the memory with Memtest86 in both slots. Memtest86 shows a lot of errors for both memory modules. Maybe this is the problem?

    I bought this Ram from ebay: 2GB DDR3 1066 240 Pin 1066MHz Desktop Memory RAM DDR3 | eBay
