ok on the event log there is only one error Event ID: 41
that's because i reinstalled windows 7 just before using the diagnostic tool. I thought that i made some mistakes on my first installation of windows 7 so i installed it again. i didn't saved the windows logs though. on my first installation i had like 1 freeze Kernal Power Error 41 every half an hour even though I had not a single program installed so it can't be avast who is creating the problem. i installed avast after the errors appeared almost continuously.
anyway after looking around these forums i found and installed this:
Hibernation does not work or memory dump file is not created after you install Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
also put my screen saver to (None)
and Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change plan setting:
Turn off the display - Never
Put the computer to sleep - Never

I had no freeze for 10 hours now, seems to be solved, not sure which of them worked but they stopped. will come back later with new info
    Thanks Arc!
