► Change the Display Driver.

• Download and install Driver Fusion.
• Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
• Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Go to Drivers > Beta and legacy, search for NVIDIA DRIVERS 306.23 WHQL, and install it.

Now wait and observe the situation. Is it still Crashing? If not, report back.

If it is still crashing, go further.

► For Faulty System Service:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

► Antivirus. We need to know what do you use. upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

► For Device Driver:
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

► NTFS corruption: Perform a Disc Check.

1. Update your SSD's firmware.
2. Reseat the sata and power.
3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

As I was afraid .... you dont use any real antivirus. MBAM, if it is the pro version too, is a very good on demand virus scanner, not a good real time protector at all. Do it serially:

1. Scan the entire system with Windows Defender Offline.
2. Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
3. Install and update Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows, run a full system scan with it.

If still the same issue persists, we have to take some serious steps. Reply back with the results as quickly as possible.
