I dont have anyone with a spare card. And memtest comes out clear.
The whole test comes out clear. I'll run tests overnight to make 100% sure though.
Good luck with memtest. I have called a friend to take a look at your thread, hopefully he can suggest something but you have to wait as the time zones are different.
Thank you for your help, i truly appreciate it.
A 500W PSU is the minimum listed for your GPU so yours is right on the edge, does it supply 30A at the +12V?
Try these steps to install only the graphics driver.
1.Download the preferred driver and save it to the desktop.
2.Double click the installer and you will see a screen where it will be extracted to, change that to your desktop.
3.Open Device Manager through Control Panel.
4.Expand Display adapters and right click the name for yours and choose Update Driver\Browse my Computer. Select the driver folder you just saved on the desktop. Click Next.
5. Your system should say "Windows has successfully updated your driver software".
If you get a window saying you already have the most current driver, go back to step 4 and choose Uninstall Driver software instead. Then restart from step 3.

After installing the latest drivers for your graphics card, you could also perform a stress test to test for any errors with your graphics card using:
I don't know how else to share my memtest results so i'm including a picture.
Your ram is showing errors which can cause a multitude of problems. You have either bad ram or bad ram slots. Test 1 stick at a time. If 1 passes, try running it in each ram slot. That should indicate whether the errors are the ram or the dimm slots on the board.
I've tried running the ram in each pairing so I wouldn't think the slots are the issue. I will send back my RAM, thank you for your help.
