BSOD at random times even when idle, mostly IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hey all. I just got finished with a new pc build and after installing my video card i've been receiving BSODs at random. I suspect driver issues, but I really wouldn't know for sure. I'm including all the information below. I'd reaaaaally appreciate some help, been tearing my hair out over this.

Code:
Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+3b7150 )
Seems like a boot.ini file....
Turn on the PC, press F8 repeatedly, and select Repair Your Computer. Click startup repair, and when it is done, reboot, and see if the problem is solved.

Thank you for your reply 714, however no errors were found upon running Startup Repair. I am still receiving BSODS however they are a couple hours apart.

Boot into safe mode with command prompt, and run
Code:
chkdsk /f

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Hello, For a few weeks now I have been getting BSOD's, sometimes three a day, sometimes none for a few days. I re-installed windows (my boyfriend did actually, he knows lots more about computers than I do), but they still keep coming now and then. That's why he told me to ask for some assistance...

I've been frequently getting a BSOD error over the past few weeks. The message it gives is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. The bluescreen message doesn't persist long enough for me to recall much beyond that. I can't seem to find any specific pattern to the occurrence: sometimes it happens while I'm...
