BSOD on start up, Error 0x0000007B
Hello
Recently my computer began bsod on start up. Specifically during the windows start up screen (where the flag thing appears). I am fairly sure if have identified the cause, the power went out during start up. Corrupting something somewhere
At his point from looking around on the internet chkdsk seems to be a possible solution however i am worried this will cause loss of data could you please advise.

Other details
Safe mode does not work.
Im quite sure my hard drive is fine as i was able to see the c: drive with out errors in system recovery cmd.
Have tried bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot they did nothing.
