    BSOD - Random daily occurence

I really have not been able to make heads or tails of this. Nor have I seen a consistent behavior either. Hope you can help.

    Welcome to SevenForums

Those .dmp files are taking a while to load, I will report back if and when they load. Meanwhile:

    Problematic software:
    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Pro	Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Pro	Public
    Daemon Tools
Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSOD-s in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

OR, Prefer 7zip out of all:
Download and install 7-Zip, it is free +it can extract any iso file. So you can use it the way you want to. At a max you'll miss some chapter chooser screen of a DVD title.

AVG contributes in blue screens, suggestion: Uninstall it and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials (at least to test). You may install AVG back later (Newer version preferable) if we know that it wasn't causing your BSOD-s. Use the AVG removal tool and reboot your computer whenever you are prompted to.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Please remove this:, with Revo Uninstaller using Advanced Mode:
    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus	Public
Run these tools and delete anything they find:

    ESET online scanner:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

    Let us know the results.

    Thank you for the response.

I uninstalled everything that was advised above. I then ran all of the scans and tools listed above as well.

Unforntunately, I am still getting these random bsod's..

    Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply as I have been offline for a bit. When I powered up the 'puter it seemed to run longer than usual (ie: 24 hrs) w/o a crash. However but it just restarted itself, albeit without a bsod this time. The crash files are attached. I would guess that the system is about four yrs old or so.. Thanks!

    No dump files.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using crystal disk info and the summary tab using speccy:

Did any of the virus scanners find any virus?
How does you computer work in safe mode?

No viruses and nothing from malwarebytes or spybot. I haevn't run it in safe mode for any length of time but it does boot into it fine and runs for a while w/o issue.
