New blue screen. Can you tell me if there is anything else I can try fixing?

You need to update the nvidia driver, as I said earlier.
    Code:
    lmvm nvlddmkm
    start end module name
    fffff880`0f03f000 fffff880`0fd33000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys

The problem has returned. I believe I have fixed all previous issues. I have no idea what is wrong with this machine. This has been a very frustrating ride. I received this blue screen after exiting DoTA 2, and sitting on my desktop for a few minutes. Thank you for the help... as always.

It is a driver power state failure, X64_0x9F_3_nvlddmkm_IMAGE_pci.sys.

Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

NVIDIA Graphics filter driver, nvkflt.sys has stopped working for some reason. You may stop the nvidia services, too, at least as a check.

Apparently it is a fault from my part, but when I suggested it to you, I did not know. The latest nvidia display driver is problematic sometimes.

You need to roll it back to an earlier stable one. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy; search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012, keep it on your desktop.

Go to control panel> programs and features. Uninstall the nvidia items one by one, but not the nvidia graphics driver. When all the other things are uninstalled, disconnect from the internet and uninstall the graphics driver (if you dont disconnect, it will install the generic driver itself).

Now, start installing the downloaded one. Select Custom install. Be sure that the clean install checkbox is checked. And uncheck everything other than the display driver and the phys x driver. Complete the installation, reboot and connect back to internet.

    Let us know the results.

I've only encountered the problem once since the update, and it appears that they plan to release another update rather soon (or their admins on their forums are just saying that). I think I will hold off unless i encounter the problem again, in which case then i will rollback. Thanks so much for the quick reply as always
