I will do so right now. Thank you again!
New blue screen. Can you tell me if there is anything else I can try fixing?
You need to update the nvidia driver, as I said earlier.

The problem has returned. I believe I have fixed all previous issues. I have no idea what is wrong with this machine. This has been a very frustrating ride. I received this blue screen after exiting DoTA 2, and sitting on my desktop for a few minutes. Thank you for the help... as always.
It is a driver power state failure, X64_0x9F_3_nvlddmkm_IMAGE_pci.sys.
Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

NVIDIA Graphics filter driver, nvkflt.sys has stopped working for some reason. You may stop the nvidia services, too, at least as a check.
Blue Screen Issue has returned, new cause possibly? Only other thing i have noticed which is funky with the pc has bee the wireless card acting up recently.
Thank you for the help and any possible resolutions to my crashes
-Jason
Apparently it is a fault from my part, but when I suggested it to you, I did not know. The latest nvidia display driver is problematic sometimes.
You need to roll it back to an earlier stable one. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy; search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012, keep it on your desktop.Code:0: kd> !irp fffffa800817e490 Irp is active with 4 stacks 2 is current (= 0xfffffa800817e5a8) No Mdl: No System Buffer: Thread 00000000: Irp stack trace. cmd flg cl Device File Completion-Context [ 0, 0] 0 0 00000000 00000000 00000000-00000000 Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 >[ 16, 2] 0 e1 fffffa8006fc4b70 00000000 fffff880049ff084-fffffa8009969010 Success Error Cancel pending *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ACPI.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ACPI.sys \Driver\ACPI nvlddmkm Args: 00000000 00000001 00000001 00000000 [ 16, 2] 0 e1 fffffa8008b18480 00000000 00000000-00000000 pending \Driver\nvlddmkm Args: 00000000 00000001 00000001 00000000 [ 0, 0] 0 0 00000000 00000000 00000000-fffffa8009d7a0d0 Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 ========================================================================================= 0: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm start end module name fffff880`048d4000 fffff880`05372000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys Image name: nvlddmkm.sys Timestamp: Sat Dec 29 12:17:52 2012 (50DE9218) CheckSum: 00A7F96C ImageSize: 00A9E000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Go to control panel> programs and features. Uninstall the nvidia items one by one, but not the nvidia graphics driver. When all the other things are uninstalled, disconnect from the internet and uninstall the graphics driver (if you dont disconnect, it will install the generic driver itself).
Now, start installing the downloaded one. Select Custom install. Be sure that the clean install checkbox is checked. And uncheck everything other than the display driver and the phys x driver. Complete the installation, reboot and connect back to internet.
Let us know the results.
I've only encountered the problem once since the update, and it appears that they plan to release another update rather soon (or their admins on their forums are just saying that). I think I will hold off unless i encounter the problem again, in which case then i will rollback. Thanks so much for the quick reply as always
