BSOD on boss's comp while 'just browsing online' - full info provided

    Hello all,

I'm the web dev at a small company, and although I'm not an expert at these sorts of things I'm the go-to person for computer issues. My boss is experiencing a blue screen of death on her HP pavilion 6v6 notebook pc while 'browsing online'.

Here's the info she sent me:
    *Problem signature:*
    > Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    > OS Version:
    > 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    > Locale ID: 1033
    >
    > *Additional information about the problem:*
    > BCCode: 116
    >
    > BCP1:
    > FFFFFA8009455330
    >
    > BCP2:
    > FFFFF880044E39D8
    >
    > BCP3:
    > 0000000000000000
    >
    > BCP4:
    > 000000000000000D
    >
    > OS Version: 6_1_7601
    >
    > Service Pack: 1_0
    >
    > Product: 768_1

And I've attached the zipped file with the information provided by the diagnostic tool.

I apologize for not being 100% on the jargon of PC diagnostics, and thanks in advance for your time!

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums

Most of the BSOD-s were caused by older video card drivers.

Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to; ATI REBOOT. Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Fusion/Sweeper REBOOT

Download latest drivers from the filehippo link below:

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:

    Keep us posted.
