I am not techy I build computers but learn from a magazine. If something goes wrong this is where I come.
    here are my specs

this the message and when I do a restore it boots and stays on for about 3 minutes was able to do a disk check and no errors..

a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

check to be sure your adequate disk space . If a driver is identified in the Stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturere for driver updates. try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any bios updates. Disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadwing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, f8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

hello all of a sudden my computer started restarting

What antivirus are you using? Are you able to upload the dumps following https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html ?

Run these tools and delete anything they find:

    ESET online scanner:

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Complete them one by one, as it is safe mode with networking.
    1. Install TDSSkiller and run there
    2. Download Windows Defender Offline, make a bootable flash, and run.
    3. Follow the BSOD posting instruction.

When did you last do a clean install on the computer? Clean install after a loooong time are always good. :)

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:
