BSOD error 0x0000004a

Hey guys, been having this problem for a while Couldn't find out what exactly is the source since my windows just refuses to create any dump files Just happens randomly whenever I'm gaming or watching youtube Hope my attachment is sufficient to find out the cause Cheers!

Our computer has crashed 5 times in the last 2 1/2 weeks, and each time the Stop error was the same error 0x0000004A. I would appreciate your help in fixing this problem - I am a 75 year-old woman with only average computer knowledge. Thanks!

I had a few viruses which I got rid of and then I restarted. Then I started downloading MapleStory when this BSOD occurred. If you need more details, please ask.
