Oh the dvd is being detected alright, right after it loads windows files it bsods, the same way it does on start up. And i can get into advanced boot options thats how i was able to determine it wont boot into safe mode because it bsods there as well. The dvd is brand new ive used it once a week ago to install windows, keep in mind i built this computer and it was working for only a couple days before this happened. And i did test the ram in all slots.
Use the Windows 7 DVD to boot into System Recovery Options and then select the Command Prompt option and perform a Disk Check.
Go to Option #2 of the Disk Check tutorial and use the chkdsk [drive letter:] /f /r swtiches.
I can't boot that far into system recovery it bsods before that point. Could it be the motherboard malfunctioning? No ram sticks work in any slot and it seems kind of odd to have both sticks malfunction. I have new ram coming today ill update on whether it works or not.
If it BSODs before you can even boot into the System Recovery Options from the DVD, then it will probably better to get the computer checked out physically.
I did check it out. I replaced the ram to no avail. I need some help on how figuring out what component is doing it.
It's difficult to say which hardware component is causing problems when your not able to boot from your Windows 7 DVD into the Recovery Options or upload any dump files

Burn Seagate Tools | Dos to a blank CD and boot from the CD to test your hard-drive for issuses:
If the hard-drive test runs fine, then since you have new RAM sticks and the computer is still not booting, you may have a bad motherboard.
It's very likely the motherboard has failed (particularly the northbridge) if different sticks are failing. Did you get the new sticks and have the same result?
I've checked my ssd. Ill pull my mobo out and check installation make sure its not intermittently grounded to something or other, and RMA it. Thank you for the extensive help bluerobot +1 rep.
