    Blue Screen comes out when playing 2 online games at the same time

    Hello sevenforums.com

    Like others, I'm experiencing Blue Screen Error. It happens everytime i try to play Dragon Nest Sea then right after logging in, i will open another online game called Ran Online Ph (Official Server) and then after logging in and starts to load the Ran Online Game my monitor turns to black and the Blue Screen Error appears and then after a few seconds my pc restarts and after startup a pop-up small window telling me
    "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown"
    and then i clicked the "find solution" but i think nothing is found and it closed it self and nothing happens.

    The reason why opening ran online, its just because i want to vend something in the market and while vending items, at the same time, I'm playing dragon nest for me to leveled up. There's no issue playing one of them at a time but opening the other game while the other one remains active, the problem appears, the blue screen thing that always interrupting me.

    Please help me how to get rid of this.

    According to the dump file you provided, there's a problem with dxgmms1.sys (a DirectX driver.) See this previous Forum thread for additional information.

       Warning
    Your system/drivers are NOT the same as in this previous Forum thread. Consult YOUR computer manufacturer's website for updated drivers. Previous thread for informational purposes only!

    Make sure you have all current Windows Updates. And you should also check for damaged or corrupt system files by running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot your computer after each scan.

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    the video memory manager is attempting to get enough information into the minidump such that
    somebody can pinpoint what lead to this condition.
