    BSOD STOP: 0x00000116 please help!

over the last couple months or so I've had several BSOD issues, with my laptop being out of warranty and not being able to afford a new one i could really use the help!

It seems to happen whenever i'm watching videos, not only online but also when running a video from my desktop

attached the SF zip as recommended by the forum as well as a screenshot of the BSOD. if you need any more info please ask.

any help would be greatly appreciated,

    thanks

edit: The BSODs do not happen every time i watch a video. They happen quite randomly, possibly twice a month

tried the cmd scan from the page you sent and at 16% i got a BSOD, not sure if it was linked to the scan but seems likely.

If you're not sure i'll wait and hope someone else can help out, thanks anyway!

Read this guide step by step: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

See if doing anything as said on the thread helps you.
