It is caused by Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller.
    Code:

    Try to update the driver.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Uninstall MSI bloatwares.

    Let us know the results.

Same, Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller.
    Code:

It is caused by Intel Bluetooth Auxiliary Service.

    *                                                                             *

And it it an old driver.
    Code:
     lmvm btmaux
    start end module name
    fffff880`04c47000 fffff880`04c64000 btmaux T (no symbols)

Update it from Intel Download Center

Seeing some evidence of avast failing there ....
    Code:
    fffff800`048144c8 fffff880`01865b14 aswNdis2+0x5b14
    fffff800`04814368 fffff880`01865cf9 aswNdis2+0x5cf9
    fffff800`04814338 fffff880`01879a9d aswNdis2+0x19a9d
Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Which display do you use? Ondoard intel, or the nvidia graphics card? Let us know. The information is important here.
