BSOD on start up, Error 1000007e

Hello I purchased a new computer a little while ago and I have been trying to find out why it randomly blue screens during start up. Searching google did not help me so I came here.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000007e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF88001609DB1
    BCP3: FFFFF880031943D8
    BCP4: FFFFF88003193C30
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

I don't have a clue what is causing this. I start up my computer it gets just past the windows logo and then blue screens. When it comes back up I press "start windows normally" and it works. I have done a whole reinstall of windows and its still doing it. If anyone could help me out I'd be grateful.

Edit* Forgot to say, I have updated ALL of my drivers before I re installed windows and after as well.

    It's Okay :)

Your crashes indicate problem with Avast! antivirus. Consider uninstalling and use Microsoft Security Essentials instead.

    Code:
    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff88001609db1, fffff880031943d8, fffff88003193c30}
    Probably caused by : EtronXHCI.sys ( EtronXHCI+9db1 )
    ...
    fffff880`03193778 fffff880`03d0ab95Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\aswSnx.SYS, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSnx.SYS
     aswSnx+0x5ab95
Look for possible driver updates for the Etron USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver : Etron Technology Inc.

These stuff can usually contribute in BSOD-s too. Please uninstall them completely. Use the free version of Revo Uninstaller, uninstall using Advanced Mode. (Restart the computer if & when you are asked to.)
    Code:
    1. Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE Public
    2. Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen Public
    3. Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver Public
    4. Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6 Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6 Public

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow

    Full tutorial here:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Hope this helps for now. Let us know the results.

Is there any way I can fix this without uninstalling avast? It is my most trusted AV, and I have never had this problem on my other computers that use avast. The sfc /scannow said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." Also, I could not find any driver updates for Etron.

P.S. Thanks for taking the time to help me.

I understand, I like avast! antivirus myself. But since it's contributing in your crashes your're better of removing it.

Yes it is stable. I haven't had any blue screens at all. I have noticed another problem but its unrelated to any of this. Thank you very much.
