OK, as I understand you, both sticks have been run in both slots and passed. Is that correct? If so, run memtest86+ again with both sticks in. If you get errors stop the test. Is the laptop still under Warranty?

Yes, both sticks were tested in both slots. No, the machine's warranty already expired... My doubt is, what happens if I get errors or not?

If you get errors, my only assumption would be that you have 2 sticks of ram that are perfectly fine on their own, but can't run together. Unless we get some other ideas, I would buy the correct type of ram for the laptop in a set that has been tested to run together which most major manufacturers do. But, I would also buy it from a place where you can get a refund within 30 days if the ram does not work. If you would, please download and install CPUz. Run it and post a screenshot of the memory tab and the SPD tab.

Looks like the RAM is just a little under powered with both cards installed. OEM BIOS doesn't allow any setting changes, so there is not much you can do besides get new RAM.

Like essenbe mentioned, if you can, get it from a place with a good return policy, just in case.

Crucial and Corsair guarantee their RAM to work on OEM machines.
Which ever brand you decide to go with, check their site for the recommended RAM for your specific laptop.

I'm sure essenbe will respond when he sees this.

You have tested the RAM cards separately and they passed, you have re-seated the RAM to ensure they are fully seated, when tested together they fail.
Since there are no settings in (OEM)Dell BIOS you can adjust, the only thing you can do is replace the RAM. Try to find some with a good return policy, just in case.
I have a Dell laptop and desktop, neither have any BIOS settings for RAM adjustments.

After checking the reply, watching some videos and hearing music, all of the sudden a BSOD 0x00000050 popped out. After checking bluescreenview, notice that pointed into the cymfltr.sys and i8042prt.sys, gather all the mem dumps into the zip attach to this reply. I like to know if this BSOD is also related to the RAM or if it's a driver problem. Any opinions and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

If you ram mentest86+ and received errors, my bet is a ram issue. Ram causes many BSODs with various codes. It may not be all of your problems, but is a major factor in them.

Steve is right. Let us get the RAM sorted and we'll see if there are more BSOD-s to read. :)

    Likely caused by the RAM.
This stop code is usually a RAM fault.

    STOP 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS
