BDOS unable to start windows

Hi in the middle of playing a online mmo the blue screen came up. Restarted and now windows fails to start. I have tryed to use start up recovery option and it try's to start but before start up repair screen comes up and my only option is to restart. The error code is

And another is

And so on, I have not seen a named driver at all so I have no idea where to go here
the computer was running fine before and I built it only 3 weeks ago and have done no updates or software changes in the last week.

I forgot to put down that the computer will not start in safe mode either or with the aid of the start up cd.
