BSOD's while idle and at shut down, various stop codes.

I've been getting BSOD's at seemingly random times, but never while gaming. The stop codes are inconsistent as well, but lead me to believe it's either a failing drive or motherboard. There is no overclocking going on, using the memories XMP profile and optimized defaults for the motherboard.

I went out for lunch today, left the computer at idle, firefox was open, for about 3 hours, came back to a 01 stop code, 3b, 1a and 24 have also appeared recently. So mostly memory or NTFS related things. You guys were so helpful with my last issue, I wanted to have you take a look and help me narrow it down a bit. In addition to the normal dump I've included a little more detailed hardware and RAM information.

Also, test your RAM modules for possible errors.

Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.

Will do. TBH I'm more scared about the NTFS error, though everything is still well inside it's warranty, I'd hate to have to RMA my motherboard.
