I am running it now, but as i checked around i saw that overclocking can make this issue?

I NEED to overclock my Core Voltage on my GTX 580 to make the newer games to work, otherwise i will get random CTDs

The voltage was on 1025 and i raised it to 1050

I now found out that if i run in Safe Mode it will not BSOD at all, so its some kind of application or driver that causes it.

Strange thing is, that i just installed Hitman Absolution, and while it was installing i got that error, like the HDD was overloaded!

But then i tried it in safe mode and it all worked fine :S

I really hate that damn driver verifier!

    Because,
When you enable it and turn the computer off , then you cant start it again without getting BSODs, and its not possible to start in Safe Mode either. ONLY way to get the computer working again is to do a System Restore Point in Windows start repair, and i created one just before i did the driververifier, but since i cant select restore point it went back 4 WEEKS!!!!

And i had alot of games which now are uninstalled and no savegames left, ****ing retarded

Okay, i now got what is causing the CTD according to WhoCrashed:

On Fri 2012-11-23 12:46:08 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\112312-167155-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: dtsoftbus01.sys (dtsoftbus01+0x1324)
    Bugcheck code: 0xC9 (0x23E, 0xFFFFF8800178E324, 0xFFFFF98030B2EEE0, 0x0)
    Error: DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\dtsoftbus01.sys
    product: DAEMON Tools
    company: DT Soft Ltd
description: DAEMON Tools Virtual Bus Driver
Bug check description: This is the bug check code for all Driver Verifier
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: dtsoftbus01.sys (DAEMON Tools Virtual Bus Driver, DT Soft Ltd).
Google query: DT Soft Ltd DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION

7 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

dtsoftbus01.sys (DAEMON Tools Virtual Bus Driver, DT Soft Ltd)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

    What should i do?
    I use deamon tools alot

    Umm
    Daemon Tools
Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Your previous Driver Verifier crashdumps may be from a false positive by incorrectly setting up Driver Verifier. Make sure to set it up exactly as the article describes, especially with what checks should be selected and what should not - Force Pending I/O Requests, IRP Logging, and Low Resource Sim shouldn't be on. Failure to do so will cause these kinds of problems. Once you setup DV again, restart the PC and let's give it another go.
