BSOD Bad Pool Not Fixed By Fresh Install

I have a less than 2 year old HP P6520. It has been problem pleagued for some time, took two trips back to HP, but was doing okay for several months until some recent BSODs. It seems to happen most when I am not using the computer, perhaps when it goes into sleep mode. So, I have not seen the screen very often. I did a full reinstall last night, all was well, but when I came back to the computer this morning it was frozen and got the BSOD notice upon re-start. FWIW, when I tried re-installing Windows from the HP Recovery Disks that I made from this computer just a few weeks ago it told me that the disks were not associated with this computer.

Dump attached. Right now, there is nothing installed on the computer that was not part of the fresh install other than IE.

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiBadRefCount+4f )

    Followup: MachineOwner

    According to carrona.org, STOP 0x0000004E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    Usual causes: Device driver, memory

In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am travelling but will do what you suggest when I am back to my troublesome computer in a few days, and report back.
