    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.

First make it sure that the power chords are properly connected, and try to understand ... is the PSU fan working?

the computer boots normally now, it might have been one of the rams that was loose, hopefully i wont have that problem again

now back to the other problem, i updated the catalyst
followed the steps to fix the usb errors

but now on the amd drivers website i couldnt find the AMD AHCI Compatible Controller driver so i download the app to autodetect but im not sure if it did fix that and i went to this website and i found this DriverUpdate.net - ATI Technologies Inc. AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Controller Driver
but im not sure if it would be ok with my HP cpu
and for the wireless card you said it was a RT2860 but my specs say it is a RT3090 but they only have an update for winxp for the rt3090...should i download the one for the RT2860 anyways?

    thank you for your help

IMO, it is better to not use RAID. IF possible, disable RAID.

About the network driver, may be I read it wrong, but can you find an update for the card? If so, install it.

about the network card, i went to the website and they only have an update for RT3090 for xp not for win7 so i have to look somewhere else
