Just uninstall Team Viewer & download the latest version of Team Viewer & then install the latest one.
If it already is the latest one then try using some older version.
YOu can also check system files integrity by:
    Open Command prompt
    Type:
    sfc /scannow

Thanks for your reply. I have removed Team viewer and still the problem persists. Am unable to log into SFC/SCANNOW as the computer says you need to be logged in as administrator (While I am logged in as an administrator!).
Is there something I am doing wrong?

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee	Public
McAfee and bugcheck E1 is a common case as far as I've seen and keeping two antiviruses on the computer would cause conflicts anyway. Remove McAfee with its removal too and see if there are any improvements.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Also run the tools below and delete anything they may find:

    ESET online scanner:
