BSOD's & High CPU System Interrupts

Hey people, thanks in advance for any help/info you may provide on this issue. So far, I've tried every tool, fix, work around, hot-fix, system config., and/or any other troubleshooting I could come up with along with help of Google and every forum link I could find on this. I attached the required info according to the instructions on here plus in my profile info.

So here goes, my system specs are as follows:

    Currently:
    AMD Sempron 3100+ Socket 754
    RAM: 2GB single channel
    Onboard Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce 6100
    MSI Mobo: MS-7228 v1.0
OS: Windows 8 Enterprise Evaluation 6.2.9200 Build 9200
Peripherals: DVD-ROM, CD-RW, 120 GB ATA IDE, 160 GB USB, 80 GB IDE to USB, and 1 TB SATA internal.
