    Uninstall Performance Controls, Inc:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Performance Controls, Inc
If this program is designed to increase the performance of your PC then uninstall the program, as performance programs tend to cause more problems to your system then fulfil their purpose.

Update AMD FirePro V7900 (ATI FireGL):

    Code:
    Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6195, 293.50 KB (300,544 bytes), 5/20/2011 3:10 PM)
Visit AMD's website for the graphics card driver updates.

What AV suite are you using? I couldn't find any in your .NFO file.

I noticed the problems after installing AV so i removed it while trying to figure out what is going on.

The Performance Controls program is not for computer performance its for document comparison.

Also Driver Version 8.830.5.4000 the new driver is at 8.982.8.3 i had the computer stable at 8.080 i think with the cd that came with it the one that is installed is meant for solidworks 2012, 2013 is out and will be installed soon which is 8.911.3.1 i will try fully uninstalling and fully installing this one. at one point in time i did tho have it at the most recent.

Thank you for getting back so quickly.

So what anti-virus are you using at the moment? Have you updated the driver as of yet?

    I updated driver to 911.
I ran the tests and furmark ran flawlessly maxed out GPU process and had it at 89-91C it was stable doing that.
I ran video memory stress test and it is coming up with bad ram. so i will get the card RMAed

The video RAM may have been causing the issues then, so you will need to get a new graphics card.

Post back your results of the new card :)

I have a second identical computer i am going to assemble now to do a test on hardware, i would find it unlikely that the problem will remain i am going to test it with the original graphics card i had in the other computer.
