    BSOD playing any game,error 0x00000116


    i use Samsung Np530u4c-s01tr ultrabook
    there is nvidia gt620m gpu in it.
    i updated the drivers but i still have the same problems
    sorry for bad english please help me

    I guess you mean 0x00000116. If so, you need to try STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting.

    thx for help but i think i cant manage doing that,and it was 0x00000116 as you said.i'm afraid of my gpu got broken

    Is it physically broken, or visulaay failing to perform, then it is ok. Otherwise, without troubleshooting, you cannot decide. :)

    i am not able to change the gpu,my device is still guaranteed,isnt there any other way to fix it ?
