BSOD ntoskrnl.exe associated
I came across a BSOD randomly about a month ago and didn't think to much of it, i still was able to do everything that i did before after the initial BSOD. After a while however they became more and more frequent. I started trying to debug the problem, using verifier.exe, whocrashed and other program's to try and find a cause of the BSOD. After using this software I found some clue to what the problem might be. Here's the most recent Who Crashed report.

file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a worker thread completed and returned with IRQL at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Im about out of idea's because the verifier.exe seems to be stopping the system from BSOD in the usual spot's like starting Diablo 3 and clicking on my Fantasy live cast for my ESPN fantasy football. If you guys could help that would be great :)!
Thanks,
