    Welcome aboard.

It is caused by Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN wireless driver.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    Update it from Conexant: Support.

So you have three security programs installed.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Avira
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton Security Scan
Uninstall them all. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Free up the startup. (24 items are there)

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Let us know the results.

    Dear Arc

Thanks much! :) I have not updated the Conexant Audio yet, will do that tonight once I'm home. I have removed McAfee, Norton and Avira and installed MSE, but a new problem has occurred as in the MSE keeps detecting an adware Win32/OpenCandy and it can't be removed or quarantined no matter how.

Try WDO then. Hopefully it will be able to remove it.

    Is it crashing anymore?

    Dear Arc

After updating both drivers, the PC is no longer crashing already, thanks so much!

As for the adware, have used adwcleaner to successfully delete it, thanks!

    New BSOD, help!

Since the last BSOD, my computer has been running smoothly since, however, I now encounter a new BSOD which I can't figure out what has happened, it happened when I was surfing via Google Chrome, and running a MS Word document at the same time ...

Will appreciate any assistance on this, thanks so much!

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Wasn't able to retrieve the .dmp files for some reason, however, I downloaded the reg file to merge in, and ran the SF Diagnostic Tool once more, hopefully this zip file will contain the information required, thanks!

For some reasons, there are no file located in my C:\Windows\Minidump even after running the .reg file ... and the folder has a padlock icon to it ...
