BSOD usually while on Youtube, error 0x000000d1

Hello, I recently finished building my desktop for gaming/video editing, and i have since been encountering multiple different BSOD's , like Deaddead or 0x1000007e or 0x000000d1, i have attached the files for 0x000000d1 because it was the most recent (only a few minutes ago). Any help would be much appreciated, i just need the BSOD's to stop occurring so that i can have my LAN party next week without fear of the Server computer BSOD'ing in the middle of game play.

    System Specs:
    16gb Mushkin Enhanced Blackline Memory
    3.5ghz(oc'd from 2.7) AMD A6 APU
    ASRock A75 Pro4 Motherboard
SeaSonic 620 Watt 80+ Gold certified PSU
    ThermalTake Water2.0 Closed loop water-cooling

p.s The Overclock stoped the BSOD's from occuring for about a week :) , but now they're back

BSOD while on youtube and playing crashtastic, error 0x0000000a

Hello again, i've just experienced yet another BSOD on my system. this time it was 0x0000000a IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal. i have a LAN party hopefully this weekend, and it would be terrible if the server computer has BSOD during game play. Any help would be much appreciated
