    BSOD on bootup (0x0000003B) tcpip.sys

I am having an issue where when I first boot up Windows I get a BSOD. After a few reboots (sometimes 5-6) I can finally use my computer without it freezing up. As long as I don't restart my laptop, and just put it in sleep mode when I am done, I can usually use it for a few days before it locks up and I get the BSOD again. I have reinstalled various drivers (including video, LAN, WiFi) with no success in resolving this issue.

I also put an SSD in the laptop and tried starting out with a fresh copy of Windows 7 a couple of times, each time having an issue where after a few reboots Windows would completely freeze up and stop responding every time upon startup. No error message or error screen would show up. No error message or error screen would show up. I gave up and put my old mechanical drive back in and decided to deal with a semi functional laptop rather than a useless one.

    Thanks for your time.

    This dump blame tcpip.sys.

Have you installed the latest network drivers?

    Which antivirus do you use?

Yes, I believe I have the latest network drivers installed. As for antivirus, I did have Avast, but I removed it along with other programs when I was troubleshooting.

    Try this

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

If it finds any fault it will BSOD.. Please upload those dumps

I enabled that and restarted my computer and now it won't boot. Before it gets to the screen where I enter my password it restarts and brings me to the "Startup Repair" or "Start Windows Normally" screen. It does this in a loop if I select start windows normally.

Edit: I booted in to safe mode and no dumps appear to have been produced.

It would not boot up normally. I did not force a shut down.

Got a bunch of blue screens after enabling/disabling verifier.exe and figured I would upload the new dumps in this post. I don't think any of them are from when verifier was enabled, as Windows never even booted when it was on. I had to go in to safe mode to turn it off.
