How do i fix error message: 0xc0000024 during Windows boot?

How can I fix this?
Starting Windows 7 Home 64 bit by hitting the F12 key I get the Windows Boot Manager screen. And it shows the following error message:

The Windows Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store file contains some invalid information

Object GUID: {cb32059a-fc16-11de-8f0f-0021705fa293}
Description: Windows Recovery Environment
Status: 0xc0000024

I would like to copy a clean slate of the OS to another HDD so i may as well fix the existing one first.

Thank you

Windows Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store file contains some - Microsoft Community

Also: Boot normally and open Elevated Command Prompt
bcdedit/enum  {cb32059a-fc16-11de-8f0f-0021705fa293}
post output. If {cb32059a-fc16-11de-8f0f-0021705fa293} gives an error you have to assign a drive letter to RECOVERY partition, for example Q . (maybe it's called D already)

bcdedit/store Q:\boot\bcd /enum {cb32059a-fc16-11de-8f0f-0021705fa293}

My comment to the ``notice`` above is:
I do not have blue screen of death. And my inquiry is over an error message during boot up
