My PC is magically working again.
I have no clue. What. So. Ever.
Haven't had a bluescreen for quite some time, but when i tried to play some fullscreen games it crashes, that seems to be the only thing causing a crash lately
Here is the crash dumps.
It still crashed, but it took longer time before it did, might be onto something.
The version of display driver installed here is the earlier one to latest.
And it crashed there.Code:lmvm nvlddmkm start end module name fffff880`0f208000 fffff880`0fefc000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys Image name: nvlddmkm.sys Timestamp: Tue Oct 02 23:51:13 2012 (506B3099) CheckSum: 00CD4613 ImageSize: 00CF4000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.Code:fffff880`0e22c388 fffff880`0f2c5a11Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys nvlddmkm+0xbda11
You may download it directly, from our forum link Latest NVIDIA ForceWare Video Drivers Windows 7; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).
Updated, still crashed when i tested it on Darksiders
The beta driver is still present there.
Code:lmvm nvlddmkm start end module name fffff880`0f211000 fffff880`0fd32000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys Image name: nvlddmkm.sys Timestamp: Sat Dec 01 08:54:02 2012 (50B97852) CheckSum: 00B0A675 ImageSize: 00B21000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
- Download and install Driver Fusion.
- Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
- Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, auto detect the driver and then download and install it.
The drivers has been wiped and reinstalled, gonna give it some testing now
Well, that went straight to hell.
