norton gone and both disk checks all good
checked my western digital hard drive and it says it's good

is that msinfo32.nfo from sf diagnostic tool?

if so I will have to run it again to get today's info updated i would assume.
the last time i ran sf tool is 11/12/12 and would be showing old info. hence maybe why your asking if i did step 4

im only on dial up and suspect some phone line issues sometimes
the sf file is 1.6mb and I've tried many times to upload it and it wont I could possibly do 1 dump file at a time? if thats what you need?

no bsod or freezes for about a week or 2 tops Im using msconfig to only load windows drivers at start up and havn't changed back to normal start up
the computer seems to be running fine.
