BSOD on multiple occasions

Okay so my computers been experiencing many BSOD lately for the past month.
The first few were experienced while running Dota 2 strictly. The only things ive added to this hp p6754y is an:
-Antec EarthWatts EA-500D Green 500W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
-SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card (11192-22-20G)

Problem after running memtest86 was that I had faulty RAM. So i went and bought a new set of RAM that suppose to be compatible but i'm still getting BSODs or 4 beep codes with the fans on but monitor sleeping.

Ran memtest86 for the new RAM as well, and got 0 errors, but it still BSOD or beeps so i guess RAM is ruled out. Last crash i think was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. It's gotten to the point where it does this randomly even with non intensive use, and its been bugging me hardcore.

I don't think my computers overclocked as i don't even know how to so i'm stumped..

Attached are a few mini dumps (There shouldve been more but i dont think they got saved/recorded?) but the 2 that happened on 11/30/2012 was after i installed the new RAM

is it bad to run multiple antivirus programs?

Replace with Microsoft security essentials while troubleshooting.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Click on the
Type CMD on Search
Left click and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.

Report back if the system is more stable.

Then test RAM. Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.

*Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.

If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.

*If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.

*If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.

3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.

*If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.

*If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.

4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.

If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.

In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.

Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

Post back results.

Ok so I got up to the SFC/SCANNOW part and it didn't find anything but my computer did go through 2 new crashes.
BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot.
And another that had to do with checksum. I can't remember exactly what it was for that.
My computer will turn on and the fans run , but that's about it . The monitor goes to sleep with a black screen . I've even tried putting back my old PSU, and removed the sapphire video card with no prevail..
The only thing left inside that wasn't apart of the computer when I first bought it is the 8gb of ram which didn't have problems on memtest

Did you un-install ESET and Norton Internet Security, and run both removal tools?
The anti-virus program removal tools must be ran to get rid of all traces of the software.
Did you install MSE?

Put your new PSU back into the system.

What RAM did you get?
How many RAM cards, 2x4GB or 4x2GB?

To fix your booting issue, run 'Startup Repair' three times with re-boots after each run.

You can do this without the OS running, use your W7 installation DVD/USB stick.

Boot to the System Recovery Options screen using your retail Windows 7 installation disk or system repair disc.

If it still won't boot run Seagate SeaTools for DOS, you can run this without your OS working.

I uninstalled norton and eset but didn't run the removal tools yet. Tried Downloading MSE, but BSOD in between Downloading it.

After putting the earthwatts PSU back in , it still won't work . Fans turn on but the monitor is completely black , no signal.

As for the RAM it's 2x4gb of G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

How do I run start up repair without the discs? It wasn't included when I first got the computer . It was part of the hard drive but I have no idea how to access it if my computer screen stats black and doesn't even go to the the bios screen

The anti-virus removal tools will remove the last remnants that are causing conflicts. Run these tools as soon as you're able to boot into the OS.

Chances are the new PSU is better than the old one, you need to keep as many variables out as possible.

It would help if you fill in your 'System Specs' as best you can.
It's a HP desktop?
Motherboard?
Intel or AMD CPU?
Number and make of hard drives?

Is there a recovery partition?

If you are unable to boot your Windows 7 to create a Windows 7 System Repair Disc, then you could create it on another computer to use on your computer.

Remove one RAM card, usually with one RAM card installed it should be in the slot closest to the CPU, and see if it will boot.

When you got the new RAM, did you change any settings in BIOS?
OEM, HP, usually don't have any options in BIOS for RAM adjustments, need to make sure.

AMD systems can have problems with RAM, most RAM is optimized for Intel. It's best to get RAM that is optimized for AMD, which is a little harder to find.
The G.Skill site RAM Configurator won't give any results for your HP.
There is a good chance the RAM is the problem, you may need to find compatible RAM.
Crucial guarantees their RAM to work in OEM systems.
